XFilm Beta Terms of Service

Eligibility and agreement

XFilm is provided by Working Premise Labs, Inc. You must be at least 18 and the age of legal majority where you live, have authority to accept these terms, and use an account you are authorized to control. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. The beta is not offered to children.

Before new beta production or purchases, you must affirm your eligibility and accept the current terms. Our Pricing Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. The Privacy Notice explains processing; acknowledging these terms is not blanket consent to every possible use of personal information.

Your work and permitted use

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that material to provide your requested service, including through the providers identified on our Providers page. This does not give us ownership of your projects.

Submit only material you have the rights and permission to use, including any person’s image or voice. Do not use XFilm for unlawful activity, child exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringement, malware, or attempts to evade account, safety or spending controls. Do not upload credentials, government identifiers or highly sensitive personal data. Do not share or resell account access or expose our providers’ credentials or raw APIs.

Use of a model is subject to the applicable provider and model restrictions linked from our Providers page and the selected service. Do not use provider outputs to evade those restrictions or train competing systems where the applicable provider prohibits it. We may restrict a feature or account to address a concrete security, legal, payment or abuse concern; restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased balances.

AI results and availability

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other users’ results, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review them before publication or important decisions. We do not promise uniqueness, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights. Commercial API access is not a guarantee that every output is safe to use commercially.

This is a limited beta, not an uninterrupted-service commitment. Models and capacity can change. New jobs may pause for maintenance, safety or spending limits even when you have service balance. An accepted maximum quote does not authorize a larger undisclosed charge. Existing uncertain jobs require reconciliation rather than automatic duplicate submission.

Payments, support and changes

Optional prepaid purchases are denominated in USD. Service credits are not bank deposits, transferable money or a withdrawal account. Promotional service value and purchased service value pay the same quoted prices, but only eligible purchased amounts can be refunded as money. Contact the support address below for billing errors, access problems, privacy requests or account closure. We may request information sufficient to verify account control, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Closing an account requires review of pending work, paid balances and records that must be retained.

We will date material policy changes and require renewed acceptance when the terms revision changes. New prices govern new quotes, not retroactive charges to accepted work. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to those rights, the beta is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
