Requesting a refund

Email support from the email associated with your account, with a receipt or job identifier and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents. Refunds are reviewed by an operator; there is no automatic cash-refund feature.

You may request return of the unused purchased portion within 30 days of that purchase. We check the purchase, consumed amounts and pending reservations before approving a refund. Promotional credits never enlarge the refundable amount. A refund cannot exceed what you actually paid and remains subject to any additional rights required by law.

Approved cash refunds normally go to the original payment method. We do not promise a bank posting deadline. Payment refunds are processed in whole US cents; any smaller remaining service-balance fraction is addressed in the account review, not converted into an extra cash charge. We do not leave a refunded purchase spendable or replace a cash refund with promotional value without your agreement.

Failed, duplicate and uncertain work

We review confirmed technical failures that delivered no usable result and duplicate billing. A released reservation or approved credit correction returns value to the original promotional and purchased sources; a mixed-source job is not restored entirely as a gift. A credit correction and a cash refund cannot reimburse the same amount twice.

A timeout or cancellation request does not prove an upstream job stopped. An uncertain outcome may retain a visible reservation while we check the provider and accounting records. We do not silently submit a duplicate job. Contact support about a prolonged pending status; it is not consent to an unexplained permanent hold.

A completed AI result is not automatically refundable merely because it differs from an artistic preference. This does not remove remedies for misdescription, material nonconformity, technical failure, billing errors or mandatory consumer protections. Requests outside the voluntary 30-day window are still reviewed where those protections or errors apply.
