One balance, two funding sources

One credit equals $1 of XFilm service balance. A $10 purchase adds 10 credits and a $25 purchase adds 25 credits. New accounts start with no balance. XFilm may issue promotional codes: each code adds 100 promotional credits, worth $100 of service balance, once per account, and a code may be limited in number, expire or be withdrawn before it is redeemed. Credits a code has already added stay in the account, and accounts that received the earlier launch offer keep its promotional credits. One person may not create or recycle accounts to redeem a code repeatedly.

Promotional and purchased amounts pay the same listed prices. Your account shows the available total and a source breakdown. Promotional funds are used first, and a job needing purchased funds requires the displayed authorization. Promotional value is not cash and cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn. Neither funding source has a scheduled expiry in this beta.

Purchases are optional one-time top-ups, not subscriptions, automatic refills or permission to make later card charges. Review the real USD amount and any displayed tax in checkout. Test-mode flows are labelled as tests and do not represent real purchased value.

Model and render prices

Eligible model work is priced at 10% of the identified provider’s published standard API rate for the exact model and settings. The quote records its reference and revision. This is not a claim that XFilm previously charged the reference price, and it does not mean all models are open source or self-hosted.

We use precise internal accounting for small model charges; a display rounded to cents is not a new minimum charge. The accepted quote is the maximum charge for that request. Metered work settles against validated usage within its accepted ceiling, and unused reserved value returns to its original sources. Changed prices apply only to new quotes.

Local editing and local previews are free during beta. The introductory price is $0.10 per successful supported cloud render/export, shown in a separate service quote before you start. This fixed service fee is not a model API charge or a claim about our supplier costs. Narration and other model work are quoted separately at their applicable model rates. A failed export releases its render-fee reservation; an uncertain outcome keeps it pending until checked. Supplier spending safeguards still apply, and a shared workspace budget is never billed to each customer. Historical accepted quotes keep their original terms. If a current reviewed render tariff is unavailable, new cloud rendering is unavailable.

Availability and your choices

Credits do not promise unlimited generation, a fixed number of outputs or immediate use of the whole balance. New jobs can pause when capacity or supplier spending safeguards are reached. An unadmitted job is not charged simply because it was attempted. Keep this limitation in mind before buying more service balance.

For prolonged unavailability, a pending result, or closure of an account, contact support to review outstanding work and unused purchased value under the Refund Policy. We do not retroactively reduce a paid balance or reprice accepted work by changing a promotional offer.
